Born in 1991, Yann Damezin joined the Émile Cohl school directly after his baccalaureate, wanting to become an illustrator. Literature, books and images in all their forms fascinate him. Damezin likes strange and dreamlike universes, and his work feeds on very diverse influences: Persian miniature, Italian primitives, Expressionism etc.
