In the event of an incorrect or defective item, we will either reimburse the return shipping costs or ask that you show proof of destruction of said defective item, and then give you the option of either refunding you or replacing the item at no additional cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, first contact us at email@example.com for further instructions or follow the return instructions on Amazon if the item was purchased via our Amazon seller account. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund status and available options once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations (see below).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and destination based.
Warning to International Customers
Customs officials in several countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom, sometimes break open packages and confiscate (or destroy) materials of which they don't approve. This usually means specifically erotic material. As far as we know, there is no recourse for the customer once this material has been taken. Humanoids cannot take responsibility for the practices of other countries, please be aware that you are ordering this material at your own risk and Humanoids is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are lost as a result of customs interference.
