In the event of an incorrect or damaged item, we will ask that you show proof of the damage and then give you the option of either refunding or replacing the item at no additional cost.
Note, if you receive a damaged item please take photos of the damages to the package it arrived in as well as the damages to the book.
If you need to return an item, first contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund status and available options once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of your return being received by the shipper.
Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside the U.S. at this time.
Your domestic shipping time will differ based on your location and the shipping type you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight, volume and destination based.
Once an order is placed through the Humanoids site and payment has been made the order cannot be canceled.
If you have ordered the wrong item or any other such issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In most instances of ordering an incorrect item, we will follow the return policy listed above.

Humanoids is not obligated to replace or refund orders that are confiscated or otherwise lost by correctional facility authorities, and you order at your own risk.
