Christophe Coronas, who publishes under the pen name Cecil, is a French comic book artist. After studying the fine arts, he worked as a librarian, graphic artist and illustrator. His debut comic L'Empreinte des Chimères was published in 1990. In 1999, he began the series The Bombyce Network with Eric Corbeyran. He made the children's comic Contes et Récits de Maître Spazi - Piccolo with Denis-Pierre Filippi in 2004 before starting the series Holmes with Luc Brunschwig in 2006.
